Inside 1:1 coaching we’ll use the Holistic Life Coaching Model to laser in on what it is you want to experience in life, emotionally AND physically. Then we’ll find what the limiting beliefs and stories are that are keeping you safe (stuck) and instead of just working at the level of the mind and trying to force change (which is often slow and ineffective) we use the latest somatic tools and techniques to discover what’s blocking you. No longer is it “change your mindset, change your life” .
