Ross came into his coaching container following a bad break-up and the realisation that he was not living life on his terms. He reached out to Rick looking for some support and the push that he needed to work on himself and his relationships so that he could fully step into his power. He was also ready to fully commit to his life and his business to enable him to fulfil his dream of travelling the continent after treading the water for years.

Process

Doing the work

We began by diving into what was making Ross uncomfortable with commitment – in his relationships, business and his desires. We rewired his subconscious beliefs and began to break down the barriers to his commitment issues and re-discover and align with his values.

Result

12 months later

Ross realised that the power was within to create his most compelling future. By the end of the container, Ross was ready to commit fully to his business, his life and re-discover his relationship with himself and others, without holding back. After 6 months of coaching and coming to Costa Rica for his own personalised retreat, Ross went from feeling like he was living at 30-40% fulfilment to true fulfilment and confidence in sharing the values that he lives by. His vision is clear for the next 10 years, with absolute alignment with his heart and values.
